All trademarks, product names, and company names and/or logos displayed on the Platform are either trademarks or registered trademarks of St. Jude and may not be reproduced, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the written permission of St. Jude. All page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and logos are service marks, trademarks and/or trade dress of St. Jude and may not be reproduced, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the written permission of St. Jude.
  8. Limitations of Liability
    This Platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in the data presented, users should verify results independently for critical applications. In no event shall St. Jude or its employees, agents, licensors, or contractors be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive, or multiple damages of any kind that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Platform, even if an authorized representative of St. Jude has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall St. Jude's total liability to you for damages, losses, and causes of action whether in contract or tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) exceed the amount paid by you to St. Jude, if any, for accessing this Platform.
