Chemokine.stjude.org is a web-based platform designed for the viewing and downloading of analyses of chemokine data.

BECAUSE THIS PLATFORM IS NOT APPROVED FOR CLINICAL USE, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE PLATFORM FOR CLINICAL USE. YOU RELEASE ST. JUDE CHILDREN’S RESEARCH HOSPITAL AND ALL INVOLVED PERSONNEL FROM ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO SUCH UNAPPROVED USES.

User Conduct
In using this Platform, you agree:
- not to disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse, the Platform, or any services, system resources, software, accounts, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the Platform;
- not to disrupt or interfere with any other user's use of the Platform;
- not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit through or on the Platform any viruses or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files;
- not to attempt to obtain unauthorized access to any aspect of the Platform which is restricted from general access; and

All page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and logos are service marks, trademarks and/or trade dress of St. Jude and may not be reproduced, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the written permission of St. Jude.

Limitations of Liability
This Platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in the data presented, users should verify results independently for critical applications. In no event shall St. Jude or its employees, agents, licensors, or contractors be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive, or multiple damages of any kind that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Platform, even if an authorized representative of St. Jude has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall St. Jude's total liability to you for damages, losses, and causes of action whether in contract or tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) exceed the amount paid by you to St. Jude, if any, for accessing this Platform.

Jurisdiction

You further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Tennessee in connection with any such dispute, including any claim involving St. Jude or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, or directors.
